Cannabis Workers at Nature’s Medicines in Wareham, MA, File for Union Election!

Exciting news! The hardworking PSP’s, Inventory Associates and Leads employed at @naturesmedicines_ma located in Wareham, Massachusetts, have filed for their union election!

This morning, workers delivered a signed letter, calling on the company to respect their rights to organize and voluntarily recognize their union. While the workers await a response, they have simultaneously filed for their union election.

From the letter: “We do our best to provide honest, and trustworthy experiences that keep our customers returning to the dispensary. A lot of us here, opened this store, and the only thing we want is to see it succeed. We are one big family here, and Nature’s Medicines Wareham is our child. We deeply care about every employee in our store and we want to make it so every Budtender here is treated fairly. Collectively, we just want to see this place succeed, and be treated fairly while we make that happen.”
