Important Reminder For All Eligible UFCW Local 328 Members – Open Enrollment Ends December 15th

Open enrollment for all members who participate in the UFCW New England Health Fund ends December 15th. This enrollment is considered a passive enrollment, which means if you want your medical plan to remain the same as it was this year, you do not need to respond to the enrollment form sent to you by the UFCW New England Health Fund.

If you do need to make a change (i.e. add or delete a dependent from your plan), enroll if you are eligible and are not previously covered, or to cancel coverage, you will need to fill out the form and return it before the end of the deadline.
