A message from Cheryl Bushee, President of the UFCW Local 328 Retirees Club – December 2024:
Dear Future Retiree,
If you are retiring in the next year, please think about joining the UFCW Local 328 Retirees’ Club. The officers of the club extend to you an invitation to join us. Meetings are held at 1:00pm on the 2nd Monday of each month (except July and August): at UFCW Local 328 Union Hall, 278 Silver Spring St, Providence, Rhode Island. Our meetings are fun, interesting, welcoming, informative, brain challenging (Trivia), sociable and very loud, due to hearing loss! (LOL)
When you retire, you weill receive information about the club. Your consideration in joining the club is greatly appreciated, valued and SO important to the future of the UFCW Local 328 Retirees’ Club. This club has been in existence for over 35 years and the only way it can continue is with the support from the newly retired members.
Please look over the meeting dates we have scheduled for 2025. We are still in the process of booking some awesome speakers for some of those meetings. The final draft of the 2025 meeting scheduled will be mailed in December 2024. If you have any questions about the club, please call 401-861-0300 ext. 14.
Please remember, Retirement is when you stop living at work and start working at living. ENJOY!!
