Joe Renzi: Joe’s membership with UFCW Local 328 began in 1993 as a part-time deli clerk at Stop & Shop. Joe became full time as a lead clerk in prepared foods and at the same time into the position of steward. After becoming a steward, Joe began taking an active roll in union activities. In 2001 Joe was hired by UFCW Local 328 as an organizer and promoted to Director of Organizing in 2007.  Joe fights hard everyday for the rights of working people. Joe is a delegate of the Providence Central Labor Council and a member of the UFCW Local 328 and the AFL-CIO Executive Boards. Contact: joe@ufcw328.org

Carlos A. Gonzalez: Carlos joined the organizing staff at UFCW Local 328 in 2004 and is a member of the UFCW Local 328 Executive Board.  He has worked with a diverse range of non-profit and community organizations advocating for the social and economic advancement of all people. Carlos spent several years as the Adult Education Director and Associate Director for Progreso Latino. Prior to joining Local 328, Carlos was employed at SEIU Local 285 in Boston as the Director of the Worker Education Program (WEP). This program provided education and training programs for Union members. Carlos was born and raised in Colombia, South America. Contact: carlos@ufcw328.org
