Tim started with A & P in 1984 as a meat cutter and that began his membership with UFCW Local 328. Tim worked at A & P for fifteen years while also serving on the Executive Board of Local 328. In 1997, Tim was hired as an organizer, and in 1998, he moved into the position of Union Representative. Tim resides in Yarmouthport with his wife Lori-Ann, where they have lived for 14 years.
