The Cape Cod Regional Vaccine Consortium is Offering Assistance to Workers on Cape Cod Eligible for the COVID-19 Vaccine

The Cape Cod Regional Vaccine Consortium is a collaboration among health care providers, county government, municipalities, and the legislative delegation on Cape Cod to deliver COVID-19 vaccine to the region’s residents and workforce.

On March 22, following the Governor’s directive, certain workers, including restaurant and cafe workers; food, meatpacking, beverage, agriculture, consumer goods, retail, or food service workers; grocery and convenience store workers, and food pantry workers or volunteers, are eligible to sign up for a COVID-19 vaccine in Massachusetts.

The Cape Cod Regional Vaccine Consortium is working to identify eligible individuals who now qualify for the COVID-19 vaccine. Please fill out this form only if you fall under one of the eligible categories and either work or live on Cape Cod. All eligible individuals, including seasonal workers, are encouraged to respond.

Eligible individuals who complete this form will be contacted to schedule an appointment for a vaccine. By filling out this form, you are not scheduling an appointment, however, you will be contacted when vaccine appointments on Cape Cod become available
