Congratulations to Local 328 Members at Peapod Fulfillment Center for Unanimously Ratifying Their New Three-Year Agreement!

Congratulations to our hardworking members at the Peapod Fulfillment Center in Whitman, Massachusetts, for unanimously voting to approve their new three-year agreement! By sticking together, they secured guaranteed wage increases, affordable and quality healthcare, free dental and vision and protected their pension benefit with additional funding. In addition, while non-union workers across the state are unfortunately phasing out of time and a half on Sundays due to a change in state law, our members were able to not only protect this benefit and continue to earn it but also negotiated a phase-in to time and a half on Sundays for new employees. That’s the union difference. Our strength is in our unity!
