UFCW Childcare Grant Application Extended to August 1st

The Region 1 – UFCW Women’s Network childcare grant deadline has been extended till August 1st!

To be considered for the childcare grant, an applicant must meet all of the following criteria:

o Applicant must be a member of the UFCW or RWDSU in good standing for one (1) year

o Have a dependent child (or children) in need of childcare

o Parents must work outside of the home

o Use a qualified child care provider either licensed by the state, or on file with the IRS

o Grant winners from the prior year are not eligible for the following

consecutive year, but may apply in future years.
